Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing our portable cutlery set! We are committed to providing customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. Refund and Return Period
   You can apply for a refund or return within 30 days after receiving the goods. We will not be able to process applications after 30 days.
2. Return Conditions
   The goods must be kept unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.
   If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact the customer service team within 72 hours of receipt and we will assist you.
3. Refund Process
   Please contact us through our customer service email or phone and provide the order number and reason for return.
   Once your application is approved, we will provide a return address. Please make sure to package the goods properly to prevent damage during the return process.
   We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned goods. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the payment method.
4. Free Return Shipping
   Since our portable cutlery sets are personal items, we only accept returns due to product quality issues. If necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
